-This contract covers hardware servicing.
-The maintenance contract shall include mandatory periodic inspections twice per year by IRC.
-Particular checking for cashier Station with UPS, printer and cabling.
-Regular checking machine / position for server, order terminal etc.
-Provide consultation on computer skill related to Cougar POS system, hardware or network problem.
